GameChange solar energya global provider of solar tracking solutions, has announced that the company’s Genius Tracker will meet the maximum value of domestic content for solar trackers in the fourth quarter of 2025.
GameChange currently manufactures torque tubes, foundations, controllers, certain structural fasteners and rails in the United States, and plans to add U.S.-made propulsion systems, dampers, motors and remaining fasteners to its domestic content eligible components by 2025 . The company has produced solar energy components in the United States since 2012, and earlier this year it was announced that domestic production was expanding to 35 GW annual capacity. As a minimum standard for its customers, the content of US-made solar trackers is currently 70%, with more than 80% available on demand.
