Enterprise Energy announced that the Minnesota Department of Commerce has granted the developer capacity for two community projects for the community of a total of 11 MWDC Located in Montevideo and Cottage Grove, Minnesota. The LMI accessible community Solar Garden Program, managed by the Minnesota Department of Commerce, aims to expand access to solar energy for households with low and moderate income. These projects are committed to at least 55% of the subscribers that are customers with a low or moderate income. In collaboration with Native Sun Community Power Development, a native non-profit organization that focuses on promoting renewable energy, energy efficiency and fair energy transition through education and staff training, Enterprise Energy will support a new program for personnel development. This cooperation is intended to strengthen career seekers from disadvantaged communities by offering opportunities in the field of training and employment in the growing clean energy sector.
