Some may argue that China’s commercial and industrial (C&I) battery energy storage market went bankrupt before it took off, but the wide variety of solutions designed specifically for this market segment and showcased at the recent China International Energy Storage Expo (EESA EXPO) were shown, was a signal opposite.
“We are seeing unprecedented demand from the commercial and industrial sectors, which are struggling with high energy bills,” said a representative of JD Energy, China’s leading C&I battery storage provider, which includes CATL.
